On a V6, yes.
Disconnect the battery, remove the spark plug cables, and boot covers, and remove the old spark plugs. Put in the new spark plug, replace the boot cover and cables, and reconnect the battery.
My Chrysler 300 SRT8 with a 5.7 Hemi has 16 spark plugs
The spark plugs on a Chrysler 300 are changed by removing the plenum assembly, pulling the plug boots, and removing each plug using a deep wall socket. The gap of each new plug is set and installed into the heads.
You must remove the upper manifold to access the spark plugs. Each plug has an individual coil attached; you must remove the bolt holding the coil and boot in place.
