For 2.2L 4 cylinder push rod engine.
Turn bolt on pulley tensioner clockwise with 15mm wrench.
Remove pulley belt.
Disconnect battery.
Remover main electrical connector from alternator.
Remove one wire electrical connector from alternator.
Remove 3 or 4 bolts from alternator.
Reverse order for installation.

The temperature sending unit for a 1995 Chevy Beretta is on the front of the engine. It is between the front of the engine and the radiator inlet/outlet.
By car charger I hope you mean the alternator, otherwise you may need to go more into detail. The alternator is that slotted circular thing with a pulley and a belt on the end. You can find pictures of it on Google images if you need more help.

Follow the upper radiator hose to the engine. It is behind there.
