How do you change the belt tensioner on a 2000 crown Victoria?

The job is not too hard. With the right tools, just remove the belt, and unbolt the tensioner, and replace. Then with your ratchet i( it fits in the square slot ) slack the tensioner and slip the new belt on. You have to slack the tensioner to take off the belt also.
