i have a 1998 Buick century and my blower motor is under the passenger side front wall inside.I found out that the blower motor resister was the problem.if it works on high speed only, replace the resistor first.it's cheaper but harder to get at.
where is the blower motor located in a 98 Buick century custom?
The blower motor resister is located just below the blower motor to the left attached to the housing.........
right next to the blower motor I'm don't know about the 2000 model, but it is directly behind the blower motor of the 1999 Century.

Defective Blower Motor Resistor Pack.
Disconnect battery ground cable. Disconnect blower motor electrical connections. Remove blower motor attaching screws, then blower motor. On models with A/C it may be necessary to dismount alternator and move away from module. Reverse procedure to install.
Behind the power steering pump on the passenger side. The pump will have to be removed in order to remove the blower motor.
where is the blower motor resistor located on 97 buick skylark
Under (and inside) dash on passenger side.

Should be some wires going into a bolted-in plug on the exterior of the ductwork on the firewall of the engine compartment near the blower. just unplug, unbolt and replace.
You may have to vmove them to get at it
