You go on the Player Menu (where you see your characters, where you can cook, see their statuses, etc.) and select Artes(?) you then change the characters that you want in Multiplayer and switch the mode from Auto to Semi-Auto. If that helps.(:

If you go to your backpack and click on the hat you will find alot clothes in your back pack very easy man LOL.
Yes. There are costumes that can be found throughout the game. Or you can hack it or something like that.
In Persona 3, you cannot change the characters' clothes as the game does not include a feature for outfit customization. Each character's attire is predetermined based on their design and role in the game.
there are sometimes changes in their clothes but they always wear similar things and they wont change during the same episode for no reason. for example luffy will wear a waistcoat but the colour may change on some episodes
The sames as all of them. The select button.
Technically, you do not HAVE to change your clothes. If you watch Arthur, Dora and Backyardigans, you will notice they never change clothes although apparently they often go shopping for clothes and borrow clothes from each other. But they are cartoon characters. SO does that mean you are a cartoon character? If you are, well then, yes, don't change your clothes. And if you aren't then you don't HAVE to change clothes. But it is considered unclean in the human community. And most people want to wear a wide variety of clothes so it looks nice to the human eye, and so others don't get tired of it. Also, in some communities, the same clothes worn each day, isn't a respectful look. In other words, it is not a great idea to not change your clothes, but if you really want to be a real-life Arthur, well then, have fun with that!
