First of all which flasher? If it is just the bulb, then remove the lens. If it is the flasher fuse, its the round silver fuse in the fuse box, it is supposed to click when it works. If it is the rod on the steering column, the you have to take off the steering wheel, and change the unit. Good luck with which ever one it is.
The hazard flasher is for a '91 corsica is located in the convenience center. The turn signal flasher relay is behind the dash panel left of the steering column.

I don't know of a flasher TERMINAL. There is a turn signal flasher in the wiring under the dash next to the steering column and an emargency flasher that sometimes is in the fuse panel.
The signal flasher is located under the hood on the passenger side of the washer fluid filter. If you need to change this piece, make sure you shut the vehicle off and let it cool first.

To change out the flasher unit on a Holden Astra you must remove the back panel of the rear unit and access the bulbs. If the bulb in the flasher is not broken then you may need to replace the flasher relay system.
