first remove tire, remove brakes and brake braket, the brake disk should slide off remove splender nut (35mm) socket then remove 3 (13mm) bolts on the back side of axle hub slides off to reassemble do the same backwards

the bearing assy comes as a complete package with the hub and ABS sensor, etc. --- 3 bolts connecting it to the knuckle (front) or arm (rear)
The front hub takes a 35mm deep socket. (It is not necessary to remove the hub to change the rotor.)

The ABS sensor on ALL year Chevy Venture vans is located in the hub on the Left and right front tires. If the sensor is failing you unfortunately have to replace the entire hub. The barrings and the sensor are all sealed inside the hub. The ABS electrical connector is just behind the hub under the CV axle.
The hub is pressed in. Remove the knuckle with the hub and bearing in it and take it to local machine shop.
