1. Remove center caps (with pry bar) 2. Squeeze together ends of lockring and remove (you will see a metal ring with the two ends sticking out) 3. Remove hub assembly, (may take some gentlecoaxing...rubber mallets are useful) 4. Ensure o-ring is in place on replacement hub and slide in. 5. Put lockring on.
