Remove two bolts that hold the brake caliper on the hub. There might be two retaining rings that fit over the wheel studs. Once these are removed, the rotor should be able to be removed. Might require a slight smack from a hammer to loosen. Just reverse the process to install.

The oil filter is on the bottom of the engine just in front of the transmission almost exactly in the middle of the bottom side of the vehicle.
Tap on the rotors with a hammer, after removing the tire and wheel and the brake assembly. The rotors will come loose. Slide the rotors off and reverse the process.
