reach up under the bumper. twist the bulb housing and pull out. replace bulb.

One of the bulbs likely burnt out. When the indicator light on the dash remains solid (does not flash) it means that a turn signal or marker light is out
first check to see if either your tail light or the front turn signal is out... depending on which one just go get a replacement bulb should run around 4 dollars, and change them. should fix your problem... worked for me.

the 1997 camaro doe's not have a fan belt it has a serpentine belt that you can change in about 5 min.
On some, you can get to the back of the light assy and take the bulbs out. If not, the assy has to come off
