The fuel filter is located underneath the car on the drivers side, between the back wheel and the bottom of the driver's door. Depressurize the fuel line (or just disconnect it if in a pinch... no smoking while completing this operation). Twist the back half of the fuel filter off, if pressurized, a small amount of fuel should leak out. Squeeze the plastic bracket around the front of the fuel filter and pull the filter towards the wheel to remove. Replace with new filter using the opposite directions.
Turn key over and allow the fuel pump a few seconds to refill the fuel line.
