it is below the driver door on the inside of the chassis. Take two crescent wrenches, or two open-ends (I think they are 14mm), one side will keep the filter from moving, the other will loosen the fuel line.
CAREFUL! Once you open the line, gas will come out of the line!
Then loosen the side closest to the tank, and pull the sucker out. Most environmentalists cringe when they see you dumping fuel into the gutter, so be careful where you dispose of it.
