Its located under the driver's-side cab, inside the frame rail. You'll need some special wrenches most likely because the position of the filter leads it to catch tons of road grime and therefore the nuts are probably frozen. Soak them with "TURNFREE" or something similar in an attempt to loosen them prior to torquing them. I suggest using line-wrenches right from the start - they may not be necessary (if you've been living right!) but, if you're like the rest of us, you're going to have difficulty getting the nuts loose and the less you wear the edges of the bolts, the higher your likelyhood of getting the filter off without haveing to replace the fuel line.
