as you know fuel pump is in tank!! jack up rear of car, relieve fuel pressure in system, the best way to do this is remove fuel pump fuse from fuse box and let run until engine dies. then drop tank and disconnect wires and hoses.after tank is out use snap ring pliers to take ring off off fuel pump,pull pump out, be carefull not to damage filter or float. but before starting job, siphon as much gas from tank as possible!!!!!.
