Hi there, not sure if there is an easier way but i was taking a look at changing my headlights the other day (CBF600 SA) (Half faired version) and got access to them quite easily.
1. Remove the front screen by taking out the two rubber strips and undo the screws.
2. One the screen is off you can get access to two screws at the top of the black centre cowl. Undo these.
3. At the top of the fuel tank you will see two Allen key bolts securing the fairing and black dial cowl to the tank. Undo these.
4. The black cowl around you dials will no pop off with a little help.
This will reveal the rear of the lights and if you remove the round rubber section you will find the bulb!
As i mentioned earlier..... I'm not sure if there is an easier way but i did this the other day and it only took 10 minutes.

Doing a search I saw your question come up, hopefully this is not an old question. ANyways, under the front edge of your fairing there is a small black rectangular plastic piece held on with 2 screws and two clips. Remove the clips by pulling on the centers, they should come right out, this will give you access to the back of the headlight. There you will need to unplug the headlight and the give the light a turn and it should come out of there. Make sure not to touch the new bulb with your bare fingures as this will shorten the life of the bulb, clean with alcohol if you do, hope this helped.
