Open the trunk, on the left side there is a removable covering about 5" x 3". Remove the cover, there is another cover that says "UP" and its about 1" x 3". Push the two tab clips outward and pull the cover toward you. The filter can slide out from behind that second cover. Make sure you insert the new filter in the correct fashion. t should mention on the side of the filter "THIS WAY UP".
