I think you get at it through a panel in the mud guard under the wheel arch. That is how you do it on the drivers side. Remove the little panel and there is a rubber push fit cover - take it off and the bulbs are held in with a spring clip which is a bit fiddly but not too difficult.
The spring clip came out how do Iget it back in?
This depends entirely on left or right, year make and model of car
You change the bulb for the right headlight the exactly same way as you changed the left only opposite. If you are replacing one headlight, even if the other still works it is best to replace them in pairs, for lights can dim and if you have a bright bulb and a dim bulb you could be in danger of distracting other drivers and causing an accident.
On a 1994 Peugeot (not sure if later models are the same), open the bonnet and at the back of the headlight casing will be a round shaped rubber fixing for the bulb. Turn to the right (could be left!) and the bulb and holder should come out. Change bulb over and replace.
remove some screws and then take the old bulb to pep boys
take out the wheel, or steer it fully to the left. then on the right side. remove the clips above the brakes(the fender part, that piece of plastic wrap)... then you will see the socket to the headlight bulb. Do the same for left side.
i am guessing that you want to change the bulb and not the assembly. to remove the bulb just turn it to the left remove the old bulb replace in the assembly but this time turn it to the right.
The headlight assembly does not need to be removed in order to change a light bulb. Take hold of the light bulb connector. Push the connector in and turn to the left at the same time. The light bulb will come out.
Headlight Bulb Replacement * If your going to replace the left hand light bulb remove the air filter housing * Disconnect the electrical connector unless replacing the headlight housing * Rotate the bulb holder counterclockwise and pull it out the bulb and holder assembly Headlight Housing Replacement * Remove the front bumper cover * Remove the upper headlight housing mounting bolt and pushpin * Remove the lower headlight housing mounting bolts * Pull out the headlight housing assembly and disconnect the electrical connector
in your WHEEL ARCH at the back of the headlight there is a little hatch, open it and you'll find your bulb. eg. if your right headlight has blown, turn your steering wheel to the left for easier access
