I have a 2001 250 quad runner. I just finished changing my oil. You must jack up the rear end of the ATV and put jack stands underneath to supportit. Remove the back right tire. The oil drain plug is is underneath the engine on the right side and requires a 14mm socket for removal. Remove plug and let drain. The filter is behind a cover that is retained by 3 bolts in a triangle pattern that require a 10mm socket for removal. After drainage, replace the filter, cover, retaining bolts/nuts, and drain plug. Refill with the manufacturer recommended oil and replace the tire.

I own a 2001 Suzuki quad runner 250 and it takes SAE 10w-40. The amount I do not know.
Yes
the 1999 king quad holds 3500ml or 3.7 quarts for oil change. 3600ml or 3.8 quarts with filter change.
3.5 quarts with a filter change.
Under the quad, at least on the 2003 and 2005 suzuki ozark 250 quad runners, it is under the quad, there is a 17mm bolt that is the only bolt accessible under the quad, take that out and it drains it.
left side of the quad
its engraved in the side of the engine, not sure what yours is but my 2x4 is 3500ml, its a little less than 4 quarts
