Its not difficult. Its located behind the Power Steering pump, and to the upper left of the oil filter. I will have a bronze anodized look to it and it shaped like a large acorn with one wire attached to it and the wire looks like a vacuum hose.
Most of the time you can remove them by hand but if not you will need a deep socket but I can't remember the size, maybe 3/4".
Disconnect the wire, pulls off, the remove by turning counter clockwise. Replace by reversing the same instructions. Do not over tighten, hand tightening is enough.
The tools needed for an oil change tend to be common tools. A floor jack is needed to access the oil pan. A pan which is used to drain oil into. A wrench and socket set is used to remove and replace the oil cap.
