That's impossible.
However, you can edit pictures that you take ingame by going into:
My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\Neighbourhoods\<neighbourhood>\Storytelling.
in settings on your dash.
Once in your GMail account, look at the top of the page for "settings". Click on settings and go to the "general" setting page (Should come up first). There is a section that says :My picture", click on the link that says "change picture". It gives you the option of loading a picture from your computer and also from other sources. If you would like to load a picture off your computer, click on the button that says "browse" and then search the folders of your computer for the desired picture.

You have to change your profile picture on your Bebo / Facebook first, then click on change picture on Frendzii. It will then ask you to refresh your page. Once it refreshes, the photograph will automatically change to the one you have just put on your profile
