Lift the wheel in Question. Remove the tire. Remove the disc brake assembly. pull the rotor off. replace in reverse order.

it's underneath the rotor in the distributor. you have to take the distributor out to change it.

If you go to www.autozone.com, they have free online auto repair manuals. You can find the replacement procedure there. That's where I found it.

Take the distributor cap off and it will be bolted with 2 SMALL bolts to the distributor plate. It will have 2 electrical connectors pluged into it. Remove the rotor button and it will be easy to get to.
There are no new 1990 cars since this is 2017 and that makes a 1990 car very old.
That transmission does not have a modulator valve on it. It is computer controlled to a point.
does that year have carb or tb?
Check under vehicle follow the fuel line from tank
It probably needs to be greased.
