To change the time on your Nintendo DS, make sure there are no cartridges inserted in the system and turn it on. There should be a small button in the bottom area of the screen that will allow you to change your settings. There are date and time buttons in this menu.
# Turn on Ds Lite # At middle bottom of the touch screen should be a picture of the ds. # hit it # go to the picture of the calender with a clock in front of it # go to the clock picture on the right # Set time
Well first save the game , then go to the ds menu , go on settings and their will be a section called Date and Time click on that change the time to when you want it . Then reboot you DS (switch it on and of) then go on the game and done you are in a different time zone on the game

If you want the change the time in Pokémon X and Y, you need to change directly from the Nintendo 3DS, 3DS XL or 2DS consoles.
Simple go to the System Settings, Other Settings, Date & Time and then change it.
On the title screen hold down Select, B and Down then let go of B and Down while still holding down Select and hold down the additional buttons of Up and Left then let go of Select and the reset button for the clock and calendar should appear however it'll require a password.
By editing the settings on your DS
