You can't. The timing is non-adjustable and compltetly controlled by the PCM. The timing adjustment is in the programming of the PCM and determined by engineers at the time the vehicle is designed.
if you are talking about the clock, hold down the button that's says clock (CLK) and press seek (hour), and tune (minutes) and change the time accordingly
