Firstly, you need to download and isnatll the converter for doing this. One of the converter is Advanced X Video Converter. Here are the steps:

1. Click the [Add Task] button that appears on the main window.

2. Next, Click the option [All to MPEG-1/MPEG-2"] on the [Task Window].

3. Now, Click the [Add File] button to add WMV files that you wish to convert to MPEG format. The source file may be AVI, DivX, Xvid, WMV, ASF, DAT and MPEG.

4. Set the output profile to MPEG.

5. Set the location for saving the file.

6. Click the [Edit Profile] button. Choose an MPEG output format. Highlight [Disable Audio] if you do not wish to have audio on the converted file.

7. Normally, the height, width and frame rate will be automatically assigned. But if it doesn't you will have to do it manually.

8. If you wish, alter the output resolution or leave it as it is. You are done.
