Most people on IMVU design their pictures using a program called GIMP or PHOTOSHOP...its pretty hard but u can find out tutorials on how to do special effects in GIMP or PHOTOSHOP..if u not familar with that..u can go to www.picknik.com or www.blingee.com ...for now if u find any other websites that u can design ur avi pic at jus stick wit it.
Reminder: Make sure ur avi pic is 160x220...dimensions

it will show up on ur windows home page as an icon
u can delete or save from there
