Control Panel > User Accounts > Change User Account Name
To change the username: Go to start menu and write 'add user account' in search, Once the search is complete pick up the most approprate link it will take you to the control panel with title 'add or remove user account' . Choose the user account that you want to edit then click on the name; by double clicking the user acount a window will open with user account details...perform the action you want and click 'ok'.
