As of this writing (12 February 2011) it is not possible to change your Facebook page type as Facebook simply do not provide a mechanism to do so.
The only option at this point in time is to create a new page with the correct type and rebuild that page from scratch.

Based on the number of user requests to change page types, it is possible that this feature will be made possible at some future date if not during this current wave.
