To change the sound profile you have to go into settings (or press 9 from the menu screen) then go into Audio and Sounds (1). once you do this go to volume -- here you can change the volume to high (7) all the way to vibrate (go below 1). the other options dont really count but i would turn the key tone off since its quite annoying! if you go back to audio and ringtones you can change your message tone and ringtone. how do i know this? ive had this phone for almost 1 and a half years!!!! hope this helps !!

the lg shine tu720 is an ok phone, but there are parts of it that are pretty bad. i would rate it a 6/10 but i am sick of it now... ive had it for a year and a half. the memory OS TERRIFIC! but setting the wallpaper to full screen doesnt work. the graphics part of it is great, you cant change the shortcut menus on the main screen -- if you don't want some of these bad kinks you better not get this phone... i wish i hadnt and now im getting another one ... but for a first phone, i recommend it, it IS easy to use on the other hand!!
