yes you can, on the PC you change your steam name to what you want in black ops (if i can remember correctly this all can be done in-game). you can also give yourself a clan tag which can only be 4 characters long. The full player name should show up like [----] <Steam Name Here> (---- meaning whatever your clan tag is)
