Freon is added through the low side ac port. A gauge is recommended to check the Freon pressure, as too low or too high pressure can cause the ac not to work properly.
just order a belt for a 95 Buick le Sabre without ac.
AC relay is on the far left passenger side under the hood on a 93 Buick Le Sabre also. About $9.00 from Nappa.

AC 41-601 platinum or equivalent
I believe what you are asking is where do you charge an ac system with 134. I have a 90 buick lesabre limited and the charge port is located on the accumulator. It is a big silver canister that the refrigerant lines go to. You should see a charging port on the right of it if you are looking at it from the front of the car. I dont know what year your car is so hope this helps you.
You're boned
Not the high side.
charge thru sution line nozzle underneath right front of car turn on ac to low temp charge and u should feel a difference
Its located on the right side of the engine compartment next to the accumulator...
Many vehicles have a delay on the AC so that they wait until the AC has been able to cool the air so that you don't get a blast of hot air while the AC cools down.
Well, you have a leak somewhere. Obvious, I know. I'd take it to a professional AC shop for diagnosis/repair.
