Is there a cheat code that brings sims back to life in sims 3?
yes,wait for the phone to ring or something and a message will pop up and go to the science lab and theyll do testing,and you can play as the ghost and do regular stuff with it.

well, if you want to do it without cheating, then you go to the lab in the neighborhood and get on the science career track until you eventually become a scientist, or with Testingcheatsenabled true in the cheat box and click shift on the person and select under careers the science career track and you automatically become a scientist, but it is really hard to be successful if you do it that way.

that means that you accidentally deleted it with testingcheatsenabled, the only thing i can say is DO NOT SAVE YOUR GAME! but if you already have then I don't think it will come back up again. try restarting your game.

To get a special call from the Science Lab in the regular Sims 3, you'll have to get a lab coat on you which you can buy in the store called Job helping store. You'll also test tubes placed on a table in your home. After you do that, check in the Science Lab who owns it. After that go home and with the phone, invite them over and be friends with them, then good friends and then best friends. After that you'll have to date them, but only date. And it doesn't matter if their the opposite sex of you, you'll have to do it if you want a special call. The next day, around midnight, you'll get a call from the Science Lab. But if you miss it, break up with the owner and the next day you'll get the call. Hope this helped you!

I believe you have to have a sim be far along in the science carreer path and an opportunity comes up to bring a dead sim to the lab. To do that you have to have a grave on your lot and pull it into your inventory, not family inventory, but your personal one. Then you go to the lab and when you click on the lab you can report back for your opportunity. I have done this a while ago and I am 98% sure that's how it happened.

To become a ghost on sims 3 ds: 1. Kill your sim anyway you want to but make sure there is another sim that still lives in that house 2. when your sim dies make the other sim pick up your grave and go to the science lab. 3. when you arrive at the science lab, do the " oh, my ghost! " experiment. 4. Give them the grave and they will resurrect your sim that will now be a playable ghost!
