A good way of checking how your car is running is by checking the spark plugs, If the injectors on a petrol engine are clogged then the engine will be running extra lean. The injectors could be clogged, the wiring harness on one (or more) of your injectors is loose. Take it to a mechanic to be sure.
Ur car doesn't work
Based on the information, I assume it is the fuel filter you changed, that you have good spark and have done a fuel pressure check. I doubt that ALL the injectors would be clogged. I would think the fuel pump is faulty.
Replace them with new ones.
Your injectors are probably clogged. Replace your filter, and make sure your lines are clean.

I am not a mechanic but it sounds like it is with your fuel injectors. They are either real dirty, clogged, not working at all or your ECU is not sending the injectors a signal to open. Good luck
