How do you check that the compressor and governor are operating correctly?
First check your antifreeze level, if the level is fine check to see if the thermostat is operating correctly.

First check your thermostat to determine if the anticipator is set correctly and is operating properly.
Check for a blown fuse. Also check the wiring connections at the compressor.
check starting capacitors. Check voltage supply with a voltmenter from outlet to compressor.

You will need to check the condenser for leaks, also check the air compressor, you can check the air compressor by turning on the ac, look and see if the front of the air compressor is turning. If the air compressor is not coming on you will need to replace it.You can also check your 134a level. hope this helps.

Check the PSI level on your A/C first. If it is low add refrigerant. If not it could be the blender door is not opening or closing correctly.
