what i Do is i get toothpaste MAKE SURE IT IS NOT TEXTURED OR IT WILL SCRATCH IT MORE!!! put a bit of it on and rub it around the whole disc, let it sit for 5 mins and wash it all off with running warm water.=, then wipe it off with a soft cloth and try :D
check it out bud, during the time of ps1 there were so many demo discs. ff7 was a game on a demo disc, IQ was a game on a demo disc.
The download from the playstation store has to be loaded on too the disc so the laser on the ps3 cant be reading and serving things through the playstation at the same time as putting the map packs on to the disc. :) xx
I have a PlayStation 3 and it only plays ps3 games and the bluray movies. I have tried to play Ps2 games and it said it was not supported, so ps1 is definatly not supported.
It's possible for the running water to wash it, but so would a kitchen faucet
There won't be a UMD Disc tray so you can't play normal games, you will have to pay for full PSP games on PlayStation Store
No, but PS2 plays PS1 games so you might want to check out if PS3 plays PS2 games.
NO PlayStation 3 games are distributed on Blu-ray Disc, which is read by means of a blue-violet laser with shorter wavelengths than the red laser used for DVDs (on which PlayStation 2 games are made). The PlayStation 2's optical drive only has a red laser, so it is only capable of reading DVDs and CDs. The PlayStation 3 has both blue-violet and red lasers, allowing it to read CDs, DVDs, and BDs.
Cleaning Xbox or other video games can be a little tricky. You must be sure to use a clean soft cloth and gently wipe the disc so that you do not scratch the game.
Get a small cleaning cloth preferably one with no soap or cleaner. So wet it with water and wipe the showing part then slowly spin the disc to clean the other parts
There is a few ways you can clean your game 1.)grap a rag, wet it, clean it 2.)the way i clean mine is i graped a soap bar and surg it and then run low water and wap it hope it help --For me I always just use some rubbing alcohol and put some on a cotton ball and rub the disc in circles from the edges to the center of the disc. I've recently heard of people using toothpaste, but I've never tried it so research that some more if your willing to attempt to try it.
You can clean a disc by using rubbing alcohol and a cotton ball or glass cloth. # Put a littal bit of rubbing alcohol on the cloth or cotton ball. # Genttely wipe the disk with the cloght or cotton ball. # Now you should have a disk that works, so enjoy!
Games will randomly stop when there is a glitch. The disc in use could be dirty, so try giving it a clean. Also blow out the area where the disc enters the machine. Sometimes the problem is with the game itself, so contact the manufacturer for help.
