First wet the deck with a pail of water. Then, pour some soap in the pail (if the boat is nonskid, special soap for nonskid works best, but dishsoap works too.) Fill the pail with water and apply to the deck with a brush. Agitate and let sit for several minutes. Scrub deck and rinse throughly. Bail out all water. Wipe sides and other needed areas with damp sponge.
Mr. Clean magic erasers work great, they sell them at Wal-Mart and places like that.
