There are a couple of different ways.
One is to spray some carburetor cleaner into it before starting your engine. Wait a few minutes, then start it up. While it is running, spray a little more in there. This won't completely clean it, but it's the easiest way.
Another, and much more effective way would be to actually rebuild your carb cleaning it as you go. But that will require quite a bit of effort and a rebuild kit (not that expensive).
