you should use really under the sink for about a minute or two then wipe with either the inside of your shirt or a lint free towel
file clean up is the removal of the files that are not in use anymore or that are messed up and can't be used.

well if u want to clean it i guess you messed it up so its your problem....
Maybe there is a messed up mechanism inside of the CD player that causes it to turn on by itself. If that is the case, then it probably can't be fixed:(

Your console reader is messed up, you should tell the Nintendo people and have them check it, but, if it's not the Wii that is messed up, check your discs and try to clean them and see if that would work.
