Dampen a washcloth or clean rag with warm (not hot) water. sprinkle a pinch or so of baking soda on your cloth. Being careful to not get any baking soda in your doll's eyes (they may rust), gently rub her face in circular motions. Use a try, clean cloth to rub off any excess baking soda when you're done.
