Spray on a solution made of a gallon or so of water, a little bit of Clorox (half a cup??) and 2-3 teaspoons of Trisodium Phosphate. TSP is available at paint supply stores or in the painting department at a superstore). TSP is the main ingredient in Spic & Span, without all the additives. Then, wash off with a pressure washer. Be careful to make sure the bricks and mortar are not damaged. Some people clean brick with a muriatic acid solution, but that is more dangerous, to you and to the driveway!
