My concrete around the pool was stained from tree tannins. No cleaners helped at all. I disolved small amounts of shock granules and scattered it on the concrete. After a few minutes I hosed it off and the concrete looks like new. No pool or chemical supply location had any solution. Try the shock - it worked great for me.
