The best way to clean a pair of glasses is by washing the lens with soapy water then rinsing it of with normal water and then drying it with a microfiber cloth.

What would be even better is if you have a glasses cleaning solution, that way you only have to spray you glasses with it and dry it with a microfiber cloth.
