This might sound crazy, but spray it with household oil like WD40. Spray it lightly near the top of the glob and wait for a few seconds. Go back and pry at the edge with your fingernails and it should start to come up. Repeat the process until all the melt is gone.
Be sure to clean your dryer wall with a degreaser!!! Otherwise you will have oil stains on your other clothes when you dry your next load.
