You will have to get cleaner for boots. I have some and it works you will have to spray it on a few times a week and then it will disappear. Or just dab it with water and that will help a bit.

∙ 13y agoTo get mud off uggs you have to get a washwrag and get it wet. then you have to scrub the boot until its darker than the shoe. once you scrub every where that there's mud you wait for about an hour or you can throw them in the dryer to dry them faster, but its safer to just let them air dry.
