Razor blade cautiously not to scratch, then use Mineral Spirits wipe off excess.
Try acetone.
It pulls a lot of items off the bench including possibly some of the paint.
Clean it!
Try WD 40 and a nylon sink sponge. Start lightly, not much good in removing the paint and scratching the floor. Some laminate will take this abuse some won't.
Try Silver Jewelery clean on yellowed laminate - Gently rub it on, leave a few minutes and polish it off. Repeat a few times over a period and the ugly yellow stains should disappear. Do NOT use anything with bleach as it will permanently stain the laminate. Good luck!
Water based paint will do that
Laminate is very sturdy. I have successfully cleaned almost everything off of laminate by using furniture stripper, and a razor blade. Citrustrip is a brand that is enviromentally friendly and smells good.
Spray bleach or a mr. clean magic erasure
Rub it with a rag dipped in Goof Off. -It will NOT harm the car paint.
soap and water should do the trick, scrub it off
Apply paint remover to paint. Allow paint to dissolve into paint remover. Wipe off resulting mixture of paint and paint remover.
Paint thinner or a product called "goof off" in the paint section at your hardware store.
