If it does not come off try stuffing a tissue in and rotate with solution in.
If its still not coming off try any whitening toothpastewith water, you might get minty fresh salt though if you do not rinse well.
Last resort get some silica sand (fine white sand) add water shake well and using the uttermost care rub the stain. it might scratch the glass do take care.
If that does not work try sulphuric acid or hydrochloric acid you can get this if you sneak into any high school lab. Make sure you have lab gloves, eye protection and a lab coat. Pour in and let it sit for a night, stains should be gone by morning.
its not over yet, dry the glass, wash a couple of more times, then add water and do the litmus test, do not use unless it shows a base reading.
