You can clean it in hot water with a lot of soap. I do that anyway, after using thinner and it leaves my brushes soft and smooth.
you could try putting it in a kiln and burning it off but a recommend you do this at a low temp

I LIKE FLAT PAINT. IT IS CHEAPER AND EASIER TO CLEAN. TEXTURED PAINT IS HARDER TO CLEAN BECAUSE OF THE GROOVES IT CREATES. THIS IS WHY I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FLAT PAINT.
