The enamel trays are used for heat-based cooking (convection, oven, broil) in the Advantium. You can either place food right on it to cook and brown, or place a glass baking dish on it. You can not use the enamel tray for microwaving.
Ways to grease a baking tray are: * spread a thin coating of oil or melted butter with a pastry brush or a folded paper towel * take a pinch of butter in a scrap of greaseproof paper and spread it on the tray * spray oil
"sticks" it means that when the baking is done and you take it out, it is stuck to the baking tray and is hard to remove from the tray.
You might try heating the plate first. Hopefully the plastic will become warm and melty enough to rub away with a cloth. Steel wool might also be an option, but you take the risk of scratching the enamel surface.
