cant in a week but you can speed the process up from a month by sweating, THC is stored in fat cells so if you remove the fat the THC goes with it. but i doubt you will be safe for a test within a week. also if your peeing in a cup catch the middle of the stream in the cup not the first bit. the first bit of urine will contain the highest concentration of THC.
well they're are a few things you can do. take a vitamin b complex(make sure it has niacin in it. Wich is also know as vitamin b3). i usually take 2 pills at a time. (if you do this don't freak out when your pee turns bright and i mean BRIGHT neon yellow). you can also drink cranberry juice(most people recommend 100 % pure cranberry juice.) or take natural(not synthetic) cranberry pills. and while taking these steps, drink large amounts of water. you can also purchase a home drug test(or a few) and test yourself everyday to see if your still positive. but taking all these steps should clean your system out pretty fast. just make sure you drink LOTS of water. and yes, i smoke weed too:) so you know this info is coming from a fellow stoner.
NIACIN , take ten 100mg tablets, drink plenty of water,
niacin is a natural dietery supplement that flushes out your system, (works great in ur case)
