I'm just going to be straight forward. From personal experience I was able to get clean in about a week and a half by drinking lots of water and staying active.

Every day from today before your drug test you need to carry around a gallon of water and just keep drinking through out the day, the amount of water you drink.... well the more you want to get clean the more you'll drink. no soda, or energy drinks. but a good way to pee more frequently is to buy vitamin water, (the stuff 50cent markets). the more B12 in the drink the better.

In addition to the huge amount of water that you will need to drink, you also need to be active and sweat, because THC is stored in you fat cells. What I did was turn the shower full blast on hot and shut the door so basically it's a sauna.

On top of that I would wear many layers of clothing to make me sweat more (running in place helps a great deal also). The more you sweat the more THC will be released from your pores. After you sweat a ton, you need to wipe all the sweat away with a towel because the THC is still in your sweat so if you let it sit there with your pores open it will just soak back into your system.

Keep continually doing this process and you should be good. (take in mind I did this every other day not so often, so if you kept at this a couple times everyday the end results should come out better.)

You also need to keep in mind..... no fatty foods, eat light. no sodas just water. keep active, sweat. do not take niacin pills or drink vinegar because they do not work. also this all depend on your body type, the less fat you have the faster the THC will come out.

A more logical approach may be to not smoke illegal substances and you will not be taking these wild chances and doing these silly things to MAYBE be clean. This may worl for urine tests, but will not work for hair samples or for blood tests.

Stop smoking pot. I can't imagine how you got THC in your system. Yeah right. Probably the same way I did when I was young and dumb. Anyway the only way that I know of to flush your system is to drink a lot of water.

You can not 'remove' the THC from your urine.
But, you CAN flush it out of your system in a matter of days.

There are a multitude of ways to go about it. There is even an over-the-counter method you can buy.

In my opinion, however, the best way, and the fastest way, is to flush it out with liquids.
Drink lots and lots of water and within a few days you should be THC-free.
