Try to load another CD. This might dislodge the stuck CD such that the eject mechanism spits out the stuck CD just enough to be retrieved with pliers.

If rolling another ball behind it doesn't get it out there is a problem. The issue is not getting the ball out, it is fixing the problem. Most likely a piece of chalk has jammed the ball return. You can try to clear this by sealing all but one pocket with tightly jammed rags and using the blower of a vacuum cleaner. If this fails to work it will have to be disassembled.
First, unplug the gun from your airline to avoid any accidents. Now remove the front cap of the gun (with a 1/8 allen wrench, I believe on this model) and you will see the jammed nail. Use a small screwdriver or prybar to remove it and then push the piston up. Now screw back the plate and carry on nailing.
Since there are multiple designs of bolt action rifles, there is no one answer. Your best bet will be to take it to a gunsmith. The tube feed rifles are more prone to jamming- usually with the cartridge elevator, and may require disassembly to remove a badly jammed cartridge. If you are not comfortable with your ability to disassemble and reassemble your rifle, you need a smith.
When a laundry chute becomes jammed, clearing it out is a fairly simple procedure. One person can work on each end, taking the clothing out piece by piece. Eventually, the remaining clothes will fall out and the chute will be clear.
The quickest, safest, and overall best method of clearing a jam is the "tap/rack" method. This is done by slapping the bottom of the magazine to insure that it is properly seated (tap), and then racking the slide which will remove any stovepiped or otherwise improperly ejected casings (rack). This will clear most failure to fires such as bad primers. If the weapon is still jammed after this, it is probably because the ejector failed to grip the spent casing. Lock the slide back, remove the magazine, then rack the slide 4 to 5 times with force. If both of these techniques do not clear the jam, it is most likely a problem with the guns internal workings, which might require part replacing or repair.
